My
musical education began at the age of seven, when I started both piano and guitar studies.
I graduated with a Bachelors of Music in Music Composition, from the North
Carolina School of the Arts. I continued to write and record music for many years.
During my career I taught piano, organ, guitar, and music theory, and lived the life of a professional musician: playing in bands, organizing bands, and arranging music for bands. After many years of this fast-paced life, I took a career detour and spent the next 15 years as a software developer, before returning to my true career love: music.
I attended Yamaha’s Little Red School House for piano technicians, and apprenticed as a piano technician with Denzil Whaley, who has been a professional piano tuner/technician for over 30 years. Today I am an associate member of the Piano Technicians Guild, and tune for both piano dealers and independent clients.
My mission is to provide the best quality piano service possible at a fair and reasonable price.
